Plan of Development (POD) is an important
aspect in the Indonesia Upstream Oil and Gas Business Process. POD is long term planning for oil and gas field project
developing. For the annually program will be explored in work program and
budget and budgets (WP and B). And further the activities of each project in
pour it into the AFE.
POD, WP & B and AFE as well as guidance and control tools
of project activities undertaken by the PSC. The three aspects above must first
be prepared by the PSC and then submitted to BP Migas for approval. POD, WP
& B and AFE is a blend of various scientific disciplines process and
requires a process of cooperation, both in understanding the mindset and the
stage of operation.
As a procedure, POD, WP & B and AFE issued by BP Migas
to be understood well by the PSC. Understanding this will speed up the approval
process. For that every employee is required to understand the process of the
PSC.
In the training of 4 days is expected that participants
understand the procedures for POD, WP & B and AFE, including aspect of it’s
PTK that newly imposed since June 2010; how to arrange the details of the work
program and budget into budget schedule (BS-1-17) and how to plan projects into
the 18-26 budget schedule.
